Speakers

Jaideep Mani is the Senior Director Supply Chain Planning at Dal-Tile since 2005. He joined the Dal-Tile Corporation in 1996. He is APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Luc Castermans is an IT consultant in ERP systems like MOVEX and SAP for 30+ years. Former employers are large multinational companies like Borealis and Ashland Inc. Since 2009 he works as a Business Solution Consultant at DSM in the Logistics and Supply Chain area and is involved in multiple OMP implementations. He is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Fawad Javed has held several roles at Monsanto in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing Supervision and now Production Planning. He has worked for Monsanto for 9 years and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an Executive MBA from University of New Orleans. Currently, Fawad is the GSC Crop Protection Production Planning OMP Lead. In this role, he is responsible for standardizing planning processes and leading OMP implementation in all Monsanto Crop Protection Manufacturing sites globally.

David Hrivnak is an associate systems analyst at Eastman Chemical Company for over 33 years. Dave has a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Va. Tech and an MBA from ETSU. In his current role in I/T planning team he is part of the team configuring and rolling out Sales & Operation planning software and lead the technical team to install and configure SmartOps inventory optimization software.

New S&OP demo

In this demo, you will be guided through an S&OP cycle which shows Supply Planning considering different alternatives, flexible Demand Shaping and value based optimization. The process is supported by flexible charts and pivots at various aggregation levels.

Stepwise Refinement
in Plus 6

Whether in CPG, Chemicals, Pharma, Metals, Paper or other industries, integrated planning and scheduling provides a key advantage in the end-to-end visibility and optimization of the short- and mid-term horizon. This demo will guide you through the stepwise refinement capabilities of OMP Plus 6 and the interaction between the bucketized horizon and the sequencing horizon.

Mobile Analytics
and Control Rooms

This demo will use a Microsoft Surface tablet to show that OMP Plus is not only for core central users, but can also be used for collaboration, analysis, and reporting - on any platform.
